The back features the patch designs for the submarines assigned to her: USS Memphis SSN 691, USS Augusta SSN 710, USS San Juan SSN 751, USS Alexandria SSN 757, USS Annapolis SSN 760 and USS Toledo SN 769. These coins are designed and only available from me.
